Current opportunities

Head Waiter
We are seeking a head waiter to assist our restaurant manager in the day to day running of the Michelin starred dining room.

Applicants will have at least four to five years experience in a similar environment. You will have a calm demeanour, understand the foundations of elegant and detailed service and above all, you will be a team player who wants every guest to have an outstanding experience. You will be able to train and supervise the team around you while working closely with them.

Waiter
We have a new opening for an additional member of our restaurant brigade. We would prefer you to have an AA rosette or Michelin background but more important than anything else is your attitude: you will be warm, outgoing, dedicated and willing to learn. Our guests expect attentive and sincere service. Yu want every guest to have an oustanding experience.
