Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy for The Open Championship 2027

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to reservations made for The Open Championship 2027 and should be read in full prior to confirming your booking.

Restaurant Reservations

To secure your reservation, a reservation fee of £100 per guest is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit. In the event of cancellation, amendment, a reduction in party size or non attendance, the reservation fee will be retained by the restaurant. Any transfer of the lead guest name is at the sole discretion of the Restaurant Manager.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may not be used 11^th – 18^th July 2027. Please see the terms and conditions of your gift voucher for confirmation of this.

Late arrivals

We respectfully request that guests arrive promptly for their dinner reservation. Significant delays may affect the dining experience and, in certain circumstances, may result in the reservation being treated as a cancellation.

By confirming your reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Residence accommodations

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Deposit

The deposit is non-refundable. Transferring guest name is at the sole discretion of the Hotel Manager.

Final Balance

The remaining balance is due by Tuesday 20^th April 2027. Payment will be automatically charged to the card provided at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Cancellations

All reservations are non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation, amendment, reduction in duration of stay, early departure or failure to arrive as booked, all monies shall be retained by the hotel.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances which may result in cancellation or curtailment of their stay.

Failure to pay

Should the final balance remain unpaid by the due date, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Any monies paid up to that point will be retained by the hotel.
